CHASKA, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 2005--Entegris, Inc. (Nasdaq:ENTG), had five members of its corporate board of directors re-elected to another term at the company's annual shareholders meeting on January 18th. The returning board members are:

• Gary F. Klingl, former president of Green Giant Worldwide, a division of Pillsbury, and he is the chair of the board's compensation stock and option committee.
• Roger D. McDaniel, retired president/CEO of IPEC, Inc., and he is the chair of the board's audit committee.
• Paul L.H. Olson, executive vice president of Bethel College & Seminary and Olson is the chair of the board's nominating and governance committee.
• Brian F. Sullivan, the CEO of SterilMed, Inc.
• Donald M. Sullivan, former president, CEO and Board Chair of MTS Systems Corporation.

At the meeting, CEO James Dauwalter reported that the company's fiscal year 2004 (ended August , 28, 2004) saw Entegris achieve record sales of nearly $350 million, along with it being the company's 38th consecutive year of annual profitability.
