On October 19, 2022, Entegris, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share to be paid on November 23, 2022 to shareholders of record on the close of business on November 2, 2022. A copy of this news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
