Marvin D. Burkett has served as a director of the Company since May of 2010. he has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer on Nvidia Corporation from 2001 until his retirement in 2009. Mr. Burkett also served at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. from 1972 until 1998, first as corporate controller and then as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to that he worked at the Semiconductor Division of Raytheon Company.
