The two-day symposium features four sessions: Converging Technologies in the morning and 300 mm Today: The Prime Step Toward Productivity and Cost Savings in the afternoon of June 6. The sessions on June 7 will be 45 Nanometer: Thin To Win in the morning and Photolithography: Litho Makes It Happen in the afternoon. Guest expert speakers represent the international spectrum of today's semiconductor industry.
