James F. Gentilcore was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors on December 10, 2013. Mr. Gentilcore has served as CEO of Edwards Group since March 2013, prior to which he had been an independent non-executive director on Edwards’ board of directors since December 2007. From January 2009 to March 2011, he was the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of EPAC Technologies Inc., a leader in logistics solutions for technology companies. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Helix Technology Corporation, and led its strategic merger with Brooks Automation Inc. (‘‘Brooks’’) in 2005, where he continued as Chief Operating Officer of the combined company. Mr. Gentlcore holds an M.B.A. from Lehigh University and a B.Sc. in Engineering from Drexel University. 

Daniel W. Christman joined the Mykrolis board of directors in October 2001 and from February 2003 through December 2004, served as the board's presiding director. He has served as the senior vice president of international affairs for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce since 2003. From 2001 to 2003, he was the president and executive director of the Kimsey Foundation in Washington, D.C. Mr. Christman is a retired Lt. General with a distinguished 36-year service record in the U.S. Army. He currently serves on the board of directors for Ultralife Batteries, Inc., and the United Services Automobile Association.
